In 2018 I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a criminal defense attorney. This was a serious case. I was facing a mandatory year jail sentence if found guilty. Came to My Rescue
I am a gun owner and retired FFL Dealer aged 64. I was arrested by Local Police at 7pm in November while resting at home taking care of my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. I was charged with improper storage of a firearm despite the fact that I have a class A LTC. Several months later I was brought in by constables on numerous false allegations contained in a warrant sent to my old address. Frank Yee Jr. Esq approached me where I sat shackled hands and legs in the basement of the courthouse and said, "I see that you have Cerebral Palsy on your financial form. The Police are trying to screw you. I am going to put a stop to it right now." He did just that. I had two other lawyers who were unable to deal with my case. Things dragged on as a result for several years. I was financially and otherwise a wreck. I paid Frank with a credit card and he got all the charges dismissed. I recommend him highly.

Will Fight For Your Rights
I am dyslexic and have a number of other learning disabilties that affect me every day. A police officer wrongfully charged me without operating under the influence. Not knowing anything about what it means to be dyslexic, he attributed my “behavior” to alcohol. At trial, Attorney Yee showed this was not true. So, to anyone who is looking for a good lawyer who will fight for your rights as an innocent person, Frank Yee is who you want. I would like to remind annanes, but I would highly recommend him. Her was very through fighting for my case. He gave me helpful legal advice as to what direction I should go. He was able to have two chranges found not guilty and the third will be dismissed 6 months from now. I'm very thankful for all his hard work. Thanks again Frank for everything.
